We are new homeowners and had a backup in our sewer line. I was able to get a tech out super easy and he was AMAZING. Joe was so knowledgeable and genuinely was interested in making sure I knew exactly what was going on and how to prevent future problems with my home. He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me exactly what was going on. I really am interested in learning as much about my home as possible and Joe was such a valuable resource. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with sewer flow . Joe was like a sewer doctor who diagnosed and resolved my clogged sewer line , he also made a video of the camera passing through the sewer line and gave me great advice on how to keep it open since I have sone flat spots where the water pools up . You are so lucky to have this man representing your company. I would recommend him and your company to anyone . Thank you Joe , you’re the man !!!!

I had a floor drain backing up, these guys were here same day within hours and got it fixed. I absolutely cannot complain, and the fact they're only about a block away from me doesn't hurt either! Friendly, fun staff (especially given the gross circumstance) and I am absolutely saving their phone number. These guys are absolutely who you want to get you out of trouble like that.

Tom came out to perform a dye test with the township. He was a 1/2 hour early & got right to work with the township workers. Tom did a great job & was so friendly. He was pleasant & chatting even as he ran in & out & all around the house, up & down the stairs with a five gallon bucket of water, dumping the bucket over & over again down every drain! All this on a very cold February morning. The price was reasonable for the test. Sewer Flow worked very well with the township staff getting everything coordinated & they were able to schedule quickly.

Love these guys. Twice they have helped us out of a bind. First, they helped us identify and fix a break in our main sewer line that caused a backup in our basement. Second, they came and FIXED all the crappy work our previous plumber had done during some recently bathroom updates. We were so excited to have our new bathroom fixtures but our previous plumber left work half and done with mistakes. I called and they sent Andre same day and he fixed it all for us really quick that day. Love these guys. Use them!
